At LayerMint, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Custom Products

Because many of our products are made to order or customized, personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
